We don’t want to lose you!

Renewal season begins on October 1 each year. The club sends a hard-copy renewal letter to each member which is typically received the first week of October. At the end of each month a reminder email is sent to all members who have not renewed or who’s renewal may not have been recorded properly. Renewals are due on January 1, but our Bylaws do allow for a grace period that lasts through January 31. Any membership not renewed by that date is considered lapsed. We understand that everyone loses track of time.  So, if you forgot to renew, please contact our membership chair.
